Overview of The Deathbringer
Destiny 2 has no shortage of unique and exotic weapons. But Deathbringer Exotic Rocket Launcher stands out the most as a peculiar and intriguing weapon. However, to get this, you need to finish Symphony Of Death quest.
The weapon showcases devastating firepower. Also, it delivers it in an innovative way that it feels like we stole it from Omnigul.
You can aim above their heads, then let go of the trigger, and a volley of void orbs will pour down.

A long enough fall gives them maximum kicking power, illustrated by the yellow numbers. Also, it can stop bosses and large groups in their tracks.
In other words, you need it. It also has a catalyst you can get from running strikes, crucible matches, and gambits, making the dark descent. That’s how long it takes for the orb to drop and reach full power.
So, how do we get the Deathbringer Rocket Launcher?
How To Start The Deathbringer Questline
First thing first, you must own Shadowkeep Campaign. If you don’t have it, then buy it from Bungie.

Then, you need to complete the Shadowkeep campaign. After that, you can play the weekly bounties and Eris Morn Memory Quests.
You need to add the Quest of Sai Mota to your quest list. Also, you need to pick up the Lunar Spelunker bounty as part of that quest line.

Here’s what you need to do once you have both of those things.
- Firstly, you need to complete the Lunar Spelunker Bounty. To do that, you need to finish K1 Logistics, K1 Crew Quarters, and K1 Communion. You can find those Moon’s Lost Sectors on your map. After you finish those, you will get a Firewall Data Fragment.

- Now, you need to turn it in at the end of the K1 Revelation Lost Sector in Sorrows Harbor. You need to go to the room on the right to get the Sai Mota’s Broken Necklace. That’s what these Memory Quests are all about.

You receive an artifact from a member of Eris’s dead fire team. To finish this quest, you must use it.
However, for the Sai Mota’s Broken Necklace, you need to kill the Nightmares on the Moon using your Arc Abilities.
No weapons, only abilities. Therefore, it’s best to go to Sorrows Harbor, give a few Arc Ability kicks, and you’ll have it done in no time.
Afterward, return to Sanctuary, and the portal will open next to Eris Morn.

Then jump through that, and open the chest. You will now have the Symphony of Death quest.
Here we are in Sanctuary, with Symphony of Death as a new point on the map.

Symphony of Death Quest Step 1
You know where the Symphony of Death quest is, but you need to get there from Sanctuary. I will show you the way. If you know that way, then you can skip this step.
Take your way over to Archer’s Line. You can use any vehicle you want. You may have a sparrow or the new quadricycle; who knows?
Anyway, keep going through Archer’s Line, and then we want to make our way down through the top.

Then, keep going and go through the Broken Observatory.

After that, we will see a lovely, spooky-looking cave to our right.

Enter the cave and get down to this area here.
Now, go towards the Hall of Wisdom. You also want to jump across everything. Don’t engage with anybody.
Now, if we keep going, we will come to this area. Therefore, enter that area and just keep swimming like Dory.

You’ll probably recognize it because you go to the Summoning Pits on the left. But we’ll go to the Circle of Bones to the right.
Kill anyone in your way. As you can see, here we have the quest Symphony of Death.

Symphony Of Death Quest Step 2
Let’s start, Symphony of Death. It’s an easy mission. Keep on going until you meet Toland.

This is what the summoning pits look like. Then there’s Toland. There may be a bug here. This will need you to restart the mission, which I wouldn’t recommend.

Activate the respawning restricted darkness zone. Because if you kill her immediately. You can screw up the mission and fail to complete it.
Get in there and kill some turds. There we are. Respawning is restricted. Now we should be able to complete the mission.

It’s time to kill everyone in here. Let’s wait for Toland to show up so that we can continue the mission.
Make sure you do that. It’s time to pick up the Silent Skull. That’s it. That brings us to the next step.

Symphony Of Death Quest Step 3
We have three things to do to get bones for Symphony of Death.
- Firstly, we need to do a public event near Hellmouth. Easy enough. Mark it on your map. It will then get you the Festering Bone.

- Secondly, do the Lost Sector K1 Revelation. You will receive the Ritualistic Bone if you complete this one. Yes, look at that.

- Last but not least, we must get the Bone Collector’s Marrow.
Wandering Bone Collector
The wandering bone collector can also be found here in the Anchor of Light. It spawns randomly, unfortunately.
Until then, we’ll have to wait. In general, I tend to stay near this funny tunnel.

There’s a good chance you’ll find him around here. However, patience is the key. Here we go. As I said, look at it. The swine has appeared.

As soon as you see him, kill him, kill him, kill him.
We’re done. The marrow is in our hands. Simple as that. There is nothing particularly interesting to do there. The quest continues. So here we go.

Symphony Of Death Quest Step 4
In the Scarlet Keep Strike, we have to defeat the Sulmakta, High Conductor.

You don’t need to do this in a special way. Go to the Moon map and start the Scarlet Keep from the Director.

After that, run the strike until you reach the elevator.
You’ll find this High Conductor at the second stop once you get off the elevator.
Kill the High Conductor. After finishing the strike, continue to the next step.
Symphony Of Death Quest Step 5
The next step is to record the enemies’ screams. Therefore, we must kill mini-bosses and bosses.
I have completed 10, 11, and 12% by finishing the strike.

However, you should note that screams gathered on the Moon count more.
It’s easy to grasp the discomfort and the anguished cry. The discomfort is the red bars, destroying any little threat. That will be up as soon as possible.
Anguish comes from bosses. You should be flicking between moon activities.
My recommendation would be to go to Sorrow’s Harbor. I’m sure you’re familiar with the Altars of Sorrow.
Furthermore, there is the cave in Revelation Lost Sector around the corner.
You can complete those two quickly.
But the last one is hard to get, which are Pained cries.
Get Pained Cries (Easy Way)
Well, here’s a quick and easy way to do it. I am on the Moon in Sorrow’s Harbor.
My gesture is visible on the map. Where am I? I’m there; look at me.

I am now looking at this cave under the ground. It is pretty close to the spawn point.
So you want to come down to this little cave. There is a little red thing outside.
Afterward, you’ll find the treasure chest. To open the chest, you must push these buttons.

If you do it incorrectly, a mini-boss will appear. However, the instructions say to shoot the first one. But no, we don’t want to do that.
Our goal is to deliberately shoot the wrong one, which is that one over there. That’s it. Suddenly, a mini-boss appears, the Wealthkeeper. Take them out. We’re done.

I’m up to 31% now. Each of these bosses gets 2%. You can do this multiple times.
There’s no doubt this is the easiest way to do it since bosses are easier to find than mini-bosses.
I have a tip for you to get some extra enhancement core from this quest, or any other quest.

My strategy is to pop the Finest Matterweave and then kill it. In addition, when you kill them, they drop a lot of matter weave, which is enhancement cores.
Keep killing and complete the quest.
Symphony of Death Quest Step 6
Finally, we reach the final step. We need to kill Ir Airam, Deathsinger.

The location is the same as when we started. That is, in the Circle of Bones. You can easily find it around the Sanctuary.

Mark it so you can see it flashing on your radar. After that, you’ll want to make your way to Hellmouth.
We’ll go through Archer’s Line, through the Broken Observatory, and then back down to the area where we started the quest.

It’s time to get this quest rolling. Toland is basically our guide throughout the mission. Here’s a photo of him. As usual, he’ll chinwag with us.
Toland will eventually lead you into the catacombs, where we will find the Deathsingers.
Death Song 1
As you can see, a death song is playing here. As a result, I believe you’ll die in 51 seconds.
To drop the death song, we must remove the witch’s shields.
You’ll need a void weapon since it’s a void shield. Once the door opens, carry on. You don’t have to fight the rest of them. It’s time for another death song.
Death Song 2
Let’s go and find the witch as soon as possible. And again, we will break the void shield with a void weapon. Goodbye to her, and doors will open again. Time to move forward.
Death Song 3
You will have to face the death song again. However, this is the third one. There’s no hope for that witch anymore. Kill her.
Next, we’ll move on to the final area. Make sure you get rid of all enemies. When you have done that and stood in the center of the circle, Toland will appear.
You’ll have a chat with him, and he’ll lead you across that bridge. Finally, you will meet your final nemesis.

There’s nothing too complicated here. It’s Ir Airam, and you need to kill her.

After killing the witch, a marker will appear on your map to the left of where you just fought.
Once you jump up here, you’ll find Toland, who’ll have a bit of a chat with you.
Once you’ve finished chinwagging with him, he’ll give you what you need, and you can collect your Deathbringer from Aeris.
Conclusion
That’s it. We have our Deathbringer. I love it. Moreover, you should go out there and murder as many aliens as you can with your weapon of Death.
I hope you enjoyed this Deathbringer Exotic Rocket Launcher guide. We also have a guide on Riskrunner Catalyst (Exotic Submachine Gun). It’s worth checking out.
