This is a new update, so unless you don’t update to the latest version, it won’t show the quest.

Complete The Stasis Prototype and Get Salvation Grip
Step 1
After completing the campaign, you will find a new quest available when you return to the Tower and talk to Zavala.
Step 2
After confirming that you have the new exotic quest available, you can go to the Drifter and talk to him. And he will offer you the new quest, “The Stasis Prototype.”
Step 3
After accepting the quest, the first thing, you need to kill some enemies in Europa. Enemy types are ten Fallen Captains and ten Servitors. (You can also complete this step by skipping to the next step.)
Step 4
The second part of the quest is Empire hunts. Therefore, you need to complete an Empire Hunt. First, you need to go to Variks The Loyal. And then accept the pursuit of Reclaiming Europa. Now, you must complete the Reclaiming Europa.
There will be four quests from Variks.
Step 5
After Completing all Variks quests, you can progress with your main quest. After that, you will need to eliminate combatants with your Stasis Abilities.
Bonus Tip
The easiest way to eliminate combatants is with your Stasis Super. I also recommend you go to Dreaming City and do a Blind Well. Because there are many enemies and you will get more kills than usual. And also, when you kill an Anthem they will drop a harmony orb that can recharge incredibly fast.
Step 6
After completing that, you must get the Skiff codes from a specific lost location. Therefore, you must go to the Concealed Void lost sector, located on Europa in the Asterion Abyss. This lost sector is hard. So before coming to this Lost Sector, you need to prepare yourself.
Step 7
Head down to Asterion Abyss and complete the Concealed Void Lost Sector entirely. And at the very end, when you kill the boss of Lost Sector, collect the cash codes, and open the cache, you will know that the force field will open, and there will be a spider NPC. After talking, you will acquire the skiff codes.
Step 8
After getting the skiff codes, you need to return to the Drifter, who will give you the Exotic Stasis containment device.
Step 9
Now, one last mission you need to complete. Which is located right next to Veriks.
On this mission, you get the weapon. You can also use the gun on this mission. After completing this mission, you must go back to the Drifter and talk with him. And that will officially end The Stasis Prototype Quest.
